Our
pre-insulated and uninsulated end terminals are made of tinned copper.
End terminal dimensions are in accordance with DIN 46228. The insulation
sleeves are made of PP (polypropylene) and have a shape that is
comparable with easy-entry (see pre-insulated terminals).
Avoid straggling strands
End terminals are used when a perfect termination is needed at the
end of a cable. With our end terminals you avoid straggling conductors
and reduce the risk of cable breakage. In addition, they create a
sustained connection pressure and provide a large contact surface.
Crimping results in a trapezoidal or square geometry.
When using our crimping tools with end terminals a connection is made
that complies with the requirements of VDE 0609.
